Employee was confused on how to set the reservation 3 days in advance, and then communicated at pick up that they may not have the U-Haul available that was reserved. Afterwards, the location charged an additional day against my card, even though it was returned the day requested. Previously had good experiences at this branch, but this occurrence was uncharacteristically poor.

Jeffrey EThe truck was clean and in good shape, but was an amazingly rough ride!! Also the transmission could probably use a tune-up. But, for the 150 miles or so I used it, I had no issues!
