Fire your crappy customer service and promote the ones who actually care about helping the customer. I spoke with 4 individuals on Sunday January 29th the morning of my rental pickup and I was being passed along from person to person because nobody wanted to help me. Finally the 4th person who answered was amazing. Find this sweet lady, gosh I wish I remembered her name, she's a rockstar and DESERVES a raise,bonus,promotion.

When I picked the truck up it had almost no gas the check engine light came on halfway into the trip the tire monitor light came on the driverside door handle had no knob I think whoever dropped the truck at the location gave them a bum truck.
