Unfortunately there are no other options in this area. They’re understaffed and the people who do “work” for them shouldn’t have jobs. One person just refused to do what they were asked to do (literally just ignored three requests for help, instead sat and looked at his phone and then said “no”) and another was intentionally difficult and wouldn’t provide a name when asked. The space they use to do the rentals is uninviting, to say the least, and regional “managers” don’t return phone calls.
