The trailer had several old straps still attached to the side rails that I had to remove.

Steven SI knew that I needed to drop it off on a Sunday when they were closed so stopped in a couple days prior to check. They were helpful with advice and fine with the after hours drop off. The only concern was that they couldn’t assure me a spot to leave it and that was going to be a challenge with a 26 foot truck. It worked out ok in the end as there was a spot in the parking lot.
Patrick MUnfortunately there are no other options in this area. They’re understaffed and the people who do “work” for them shouldn’t have jobs. One person just refused to do what they were asked to do (literally just ignored three requests for help, instead sat and looked at his phone and then said “no”) and another was intentionally difficult and wouldn’t provide a name when asked. The space they use to do the rentals is uninviting, to say the least, and regional “managers” don’t return phone calls.
