Vehicle was not even close to roadworthy, equipment was less than functional, window crank fell off onto floorboard and caused me to fall HARD onto asphalt causing a concussion and tweaked neck, gas was less than they said it was, lots problems not to mention pain I will not rent from your company again after this. I either get my money back ASAP or I go to a lawyer

Daniel G.I arrived in the afternoon to return my trailer and found that the location was closed. I was surprised to find out that I was going to have to unload the trailer from my tow hitch for the first time. I had to do an online return which requested me to download photos of the condition of the trailer. Then, the app would not allow me to download the photos. The entire experience took much longer than necessary and was extremely inconvenient. Normally I would be dropping off my trailer and gone in 15 minutes or less. This took about an hour.. A very disappointing experience.
