Keep doing what you are doing. The man at the front desk was super nice and helped me hook up the trailer. I returned the trailer after hours at 6 PM and the same man came out to see if I needed any help. I will use Robert & Sons in the future.

The car dolly was buried and we had to get it out ourselves because there was just one person working and there was another customer who was angry

EDWIN MTruck was dirty when picked up. I took pictures and a video of its condition. I was charged $200 for a cleaning fee upon return at the Williston location. Currently disputing
Brandon RThe locks used on the pick up boxes are VERY difficult to use in the cold weather and the design of the pick up box itself allows the key to get wedged inside making inside making it difficult to reach and remove.
