Got there nobody knew nothing about the keys 🔑 and got charged more than it was was suppose to pick up the truck at 7 am I only picked it up at 8 am was not happy at all

Customer service sent me to this location because they would be available for a 7am pick up. I showed up and was told this location never opens before 8am and that they've told UHaul numerous times. It wasted an hour of my time, which I couldn't afford to lose. This was after my team verified the original pick up location could accommodate a 6am pick up time. Then needed to stop spending time with family on Thanksgiving to coordinate a new location and pick up time. Disappointed to say the least.
BENJAMIN EWasn’t able to pick up my rental until 1 hour later then expected, no key in lockbox left then had to go back and forward spoke with the person in the gas station he told me he didn’t know and that the uhual rope were there. Paid for a dozen moving blankets he gave us a bag and said he doesn’t know about it only had 6 moving blankets in it. Just a bunch of back with uhual support
ELIJAH WDrop off was easy and convenient located at a gas station perfect for refill at the end of the reservation. Attendant was helpful and handled the key drop off
