They said I could drop the truck off at a location closer to my home well U-Haul charged me $250 when I asked the man if I could drop it off near my home he stated sure just call Sunoco and you can drop it off there. Well when I got the bill it was $300 higher than what he quoted never again

PHYLISSA FThe employee that was supposed to give me the key, kept telling me he didn’t have it and when I showed him the conformation screen on the app, he said he doesn’t have anything to do with that. When I asked again he said he needed to talk to a rep from U-Haul. So I got a rep and then gave me the key. I also rented a dolly, and he said he has nothing. Just terrible experience, very unprofessional and in helpful. Never renting there again.
Waylon KThere were leaves in the back of the U-Haul when we picked it up/U-Haul bed wasn't clean. Also we did not receive information about how to retrieve the key and initiate our rental so we had to call support on site to initiate the process.
