called drop off location before arriving as instructed, no one answered, waited 30 minutes at location and no one showed up. called again and still no answer. waited another 15 minutes and no one showed up, so I dropped the trailer, took pictures of the location, and left. (5/30/2026 @ 1136 am) received a phone call from Uhaul on monday, 6/1/2026 asking if I had returned the trailer, so apparently no one ever showed up to check in the trailer over the weekend. Uhaul employee said she would reach out to drop off location to have them do the check in.

Very crowded parking lot. Hard to take pictures. Also for new to giant vehicle driving it was high risk to your vehicle getting damaged

HOWARD BAgain, it was really difficult to get to the place in the app where I was able to return the truck. It was not enough to simply login to the app. I had no idea how to get to my reservation. So, again, I had to go to my email that linked to the reservation, and that way, see the location where I could begin the process of returning the truck. The app is not very user friendly.
Margaret HIt was after hours for drop off so I didn't speak to anyone.
