Using the app to check in was cumbersome. Had to check the truck in via the phone and those people were very nice.

I spoke briefly to someone at this location regarding their storage units and she was polite but I did not talk to her about U-Haul.

BRENDA DOverall, the truck was clean; however, the back of the truck was in desperate need of being swept. I did this so the next customers would have a cleaner cargo/packing area.
GREG CStaff member was great, but the vehicle itself was anything but great. Was it clean , yes. Was it well maintained, absolutely not. I thought it was going to breakdown constantly. I would put this 20 ft in a destruction derby and call it Thomas the train as it was the little engine that could. Needs a severe tune up, and a whole lot more. Customers want to feel safe and it defenitely felt like a risk more so with the truck. Please don't call me, just fix the truck for future customers.
