Hard to park personal vehicle. Lot were UHaul is located is crowded with tow vehicles and crashed vehicles.
Glenn VI reserved with a credit card and left myself some flexibility on pickup time given pickup had a dependency that was out of my control. I received a call 45 minutes after my scheduled pickup time to see if I still wanted the rental and to let me know I needed to pickup or risk losing. When reserving the rental, that 1 hour timing risk for losing the rental should be made known to the renter.
Stephen AAfter hours drop-off. Parking lot somewhat cluttered with vehicles making it difficult to find a place to park.
STACIE WThis location appears to be a busy and somewhat cluttered location with other activities going on in addition to the U-Haul efforts. The individual that helped was quick to attend to the equipment return, so no concerns there.
