I had reservations and both times I had to go way out of my way to get the car trailer at another location. With no reimbursement. Piss poor operation, having a reservation means nothing.
ROBERT BThe attendant was unfriendly and made me feel very uncomfortable. Please do not connect my personal information with this review. When I asked him for a receipt verifying my return of the vehicle, he got an attitude. He told me on the phone he would not charge me for an extra day when due to a minor delay beyond my control, I returned the truck 2 hours later than the 4 day timeframe. Then I find out after I got home that he charged me $45 anyway without my knowledge. I am not happy with your company and would not recommend working with this location.
