The staff seemed to be unorganized . Cost several customers including myself time. I reserved mine online to save time . They lost a costomers keys that was the main holdup. They failed to say which truck was ours we had to try different ones the key didn't work . And they failed to tell us the tumblers were replaced . So there was also a trick to get the truck to turn over . My time is limited. And a lot of it was waisted due to the staff being unorganized . I understand people have bad days but this was ridiculous . The truck was Wes parked behind other trucks and we had no help to guid truck out . I have never been so disappointed in customer service. I hope this was just an isolated day . reserved online to reduce waiting time. it took us 45 minutes to even leave with the uhaul.

Customer service at your reservation center blows! The lady was rude and had an attitude on the phone. She than made my reservation in another state just to mess with me. I got my email with my reservation and noticed that it was placed 6 hours away from me. This made the trailer I needed not available to me! So I had to take time from my busy day to call back and another lady did try her best to fix the problem. When I went to the location they informed me the original rude lady has done this to other customers as well! And some how she still has a job?!? I will not be using uhaul again for any of my business needs. This is the second time I have been burned from your company. First was the installation of a hitch on our escape where they messed up our wiring that we now have to go to our dealership and pay to have it corrected. We are done with uhaul. I should have learned from the first issue to not trust your company the second time.

I think .79/mile is too high for local moves. Your advertising is deceiving. Rent a truck for 19.95 a day but with mileage it cost me 71.00! Not right.

choose honest dealers or store operators. do not cheat customers on mileage. Inform customer by telephone ahead of time of any changes that may affect the customer trip, duration and everything else.

I was not happy with the fact I was charged extra for picking up at a different location from where I booked. I mapped out 50 miles for my trip from the original location, secondary location cost me an extra 25

The girl who waited on me upon arrival to pick up my rental was strictly business. No smile, no thank you for your business, have a nice day, nothing! The guy when I returned was a little better but still no bit of gratitude or thanks for your business .



When we locked truck to protect valuables keys would not work to open doors. Finally managed to get drivers door to unlock after about 45 minutes. When we returned the truck the floor was wet from cleaning out truck and they charged a $10 cleaning fee because the floor was wet, female working there was VERY rude, and then charged us for use of the dolly, we never touched the dolly, we had our own commercial dolly, your dolly would not have been able to handle the load we were moving. We moved a commercial walk in freezer and compressor weighs approx 800 pounds, your dolly would have snapped in half. Female employee cut the strap and charged us for using dolly we never used. Horrible service, horrible experience, will go elsewhere to rent truck tomorrow for other equipment we are purchasing for my bakery. We would have used them at least 3 more times this week for other equipment we need to pick up but they were not honest from the start and charged for things that should not have been charged for. I will be sure to tell everyone else not to go to uhaul. already talked one friend out of it, they are moving this weekend to florida, told them to call someone else.

The woman who worked there when I picked up the truck acted as though me and my mother were bothersome to her. Granted, she was trying to hook up a trailer when we arrived. However, we did not approach her. Instead, we waited inside because we were a few minutes early and we didn't want to interrupt her while she was completing her current task. The difference between the woman who checked us out and the man we returned the van to (both worked at the same location) was night and day. He couldn't have been more friendly and professional.

Fire drop off location "manager" Kelly Lemon at Lincoln Way E., Massillon, OH location. Extremely unprofessional, did not wait to here my side of the story, hurried to bill extra charges before letting me explain problem, acted like I was going to steal money from her and U haul. She insisted that I had proper information and did nothing to help remedy problem even after being proved wrong. Told me she could not get me the printout of my contract, even though she said that I should have checked on it while driving down the road. This was the contract that I did not receive at the pick up location. Then she was magically able to get it for me finally. Her solution to my problem was "you signed the contract", so too bad for you! I realize that the pick up location caused the problem, but her customer service is appalling! I did not have information from U haul that I needed even though she thought I did. Her response to the problem was unacceptable!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed at U haul and Kelly Lemon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Woman was VERY RUDE! I showed up 2 minutes till 7 a.m. for my reservation and asked her kindly where I needed to park she replied rudely we have 5 minutes until we open so you'll have to find something to do. I was there at 6:58 a.m. and reservation was scheduled for 7 a.m. after finally getting in she rushed the entire process and was very rude the entire time I will never use Uhaul for my moving needs ever again and I will never recommend Uhaul to any friend or family member that needs to move.
