NICOLE RMy overall experience was horrible. Sent to multiple locations because my reservation was over booked. The truck didn't come with any of the equipment I requested. Costed me hundreds in uber and man power to lift my furniture because my wheel truck wasn't there. I broke one of my TVs because the furniture blankets weren't there. I hope to never use U-Haul again
