No one could find my reservation. Had to go back and forth between locations. Did not have the pads or hand truck. Had to go to third location to pickup.

The guy did not say one word to us and didn't even fully check our truck back in, I think they are new so not used to it, but he gave us no direction, so I did not know I needed to finish the drop off on my account and then I got emails 2 days later saying we never returned the truck, which scared the crap out of me!
MELODY Wthe owner wasn’t there at our scheduled pick up time time then had he had major issues using the app. When we dropped off the owner wasn’t there and the man helping us was beyond rude!
