Eric R.Pickup time and location got pushed back to 0930 Titus Rd from 0700 Mendelhall. Got to pickup at 0945. No one at location. Called repeatedly, put on hold, eventually person arrived around 1045. Person did not dobpre walk around with me. Started truck. Noticed noise. Loaded truck. Checked on noise source. Missing Catalytic converter noise sourcr Called UHaul national. Veronica found another truck across town. New truck location had excellent staff. No problems with new truck. 2nd 15' truck was joy to drive. I have nothing nice to say about UHaul Titus Rd location
