Your “24 hour” location drop off process is AWFUL!!!!! We came to drop it off and all there was is a little metal box that says go to your app and follow the prompts. THERE ARE NO PROMPTS!!! Then I call you all, and you say that I have to go through it or accept all liability. By the way, that lady I spoke to was extremely unhelpful and didn’t give a shit if we could turn our keys in or not. Just told me to go to the app. Then I call another number which was to the outhighway location who happened to answer and actually helped me. I will try my absolute best to never use you all ever again.

The van we rented was dusty on the inside and the previous people left some trash inside. The outside was dirty. Not a big deal. It what was a big deal was the HORRIBLE smoke smell inside and then it also smelled like it was covered up with air freshener. I didnt have time to complain or care about any of this because I had a limited time frame and was in a hurry. I hope you guys have a no smoking policy. For someone with asthma or other related breathing issues this van would have been a huge issue.

Trailer was dirty when I picked up. I was just charged a cleaning fee when I dropped off. The trailer was dirty I got charged by the drop off facility. This is a joke!!!

We returned the trailer on the 29th at 7:30 pm on the 29th and got fucking charged an extra day for it the guy on the phone said it was fine we won't be charged because of the return of same day why in the hell would I ever recommend uhaul to any one ever again 471 dollars to rent a trailer are you guys on fucking crack and then charging us an extra 40 because you saw it in the morning and can't fucking read notes I feel you should return the 40 plus half of the price of the trailer before I take this video to court and take money from you guys for fraud charging us 40 with out telling us why or have a reason is against the law to do feel free to call me let's have a talk 7194645501

Your website sent me to the wrong location for pick. After driving to a second location I was able to rate the trailer. When I asked what time is it due back. I was told 4 pm. Not to worry they said you can drop the trailer in the driveway. I got back at 5 dropped the trailer off and my credit card was charged an additional day. What business closes at 4pm? Must be your method for double charging your customers. Sending customers to a wrong location followed up by double charges. I would be out of business if I treated my customers like this.

The self check-in application did not function well, I don't know if it was due to a problem on my end or on U-haul's end, but the folks verifying my account asked for a drivers license for someone who was not involved in the transaction at all, and this made it difficult to check in.

Maybe you should throughly explain all of you right surprise charges to your customers , I returned my uhaul early with more than enough gas, and 3 days later I got another charge on my debit card , and when I called and asked about it they said that it was the difference for the Milage I drove . Which was never explained to me. So not only do I have to pay for the rental , I have to pay for the gas , and nownyour tellin me I'm being charged for the miles too ??! Yeah I wish that was explained to me before I rented from Uhaul .

make sure to not book a time with reservations and speak directly to the facility itself, because I made an appt for 145pm and it let me "check in early" online which I did at 125pm and got to location and noone was there and said they were at lunch until 220 and they didnt open until I had to call the manager and they opened doors at 230pm, mind you it was 112 degrees outside and I was not pleased. It also stated to bring it back with 5/8's in gas and I filled it to 3/4's and I wasn't reimbursed for that and I was irritated. I will never visit that location ever nor recommend it. The front desk guy was rude and careless and didn't even offer a discount for confusion and being late.

The staff and location to our office is great. The Van smelled and the outside of the vehicle was dirty with mud. It had no gas, I was lucky to make it to a gas station. I did receive a credit of $11 but should have received at least $20.00 Also I was not aware the insurance I purchased was per day, I thought it was a onetime charge not per day. Also this was the second I rented a from uHaul location where they called and asked if I was returning the van earlier. I paid for two (2) days and expected to have it for two days.

Needed to speak to someone at H&M storage on Saturday, April 1, 2017 and no one ever answered the phone or return The two messages I left. When questioned about this the person said he was out running around and he was busy. I would've expected at least a phone call in return. I ended up calling another facility to get their help. I spoke with Thomas Ruiz on Friday and he was great. Not sure who was working on Saturday.
