If they can't reach the damage on the truck they don't mark it. You can be liable for it when return it. It had a marker light out on the right upper corner and the license plate light out. I got pulled over for that but the cop was really nice and I didn't get a ticket. The truck would shake as it reached 70mph. It sucked.

The location was fine and the truck was clean. However, the transmission on the truck felt like it was going out. Also, I had problems with renting the uhaul from beginning to end. I chose to use the online check out and drop off. This was a HUGE MISTAKE!! When I first arrived I couldn't get the app to load my location, luckily the store was open and I was able to check in with assistance. When I returned the truck the store was closed, but I was assured the online version would work for me to do the return. This was NOT the case. It took me 3 hours to attempt to return the truck the right way. 2 of those hours spent on the phone waiting to talk to customer service and some of that time speaking to someone through online chat. It could not recognize my location and I changed all the settings in my phone to do so. After an hour on hold I spoke to customer support and they helped me download the app where it then recognized my location. We hung up and I went to finish with the odometer and gas readings. Everytime I put in the odometer reading it said that I was entering less miles in then when i took the truck. I took several pictures and it would not accept or let me continue. I sat on hold Again for another hour, still not getting through to anyone I used the online chat. The customer service representative was unable to help me. He kept telling me to round up numbers and it still did not work. He then told me I'd have to leave the truck without finishing the process, but that I would be charged a fee for doing it that way. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me to call support. At that point I was still on hold with customer support and still on hold. After 3 hours, I threw my hands in the air and just left the truck. It should NEVER be so hard or take so long to return a truck. Then to be told that I will have a fee over something on uhaul's end is absolutely not okay. The headlights on my own vehicle were out and I accounted for enough time to make it home before dark. However, with this issue I ended up driving home in the dark and got nowhere. The reason this is a problem is because I would not have stayed if I wasn't going to be wrongly charged a fee. Moving is expensive and I was trying to avoid unessessary charges. I strongly suggest this gets fixed!!

The truck worked well except for lack of AC. It only worked about 5 minutes. But the rental guys were great to work with.

Did not hold our equipment reservation, sent us out to another location (25 minutes away) which did not have the equipment, so we went back to the first place where they found the equipment after all. Caused a 2-3 hour detour prior to our 6 hour trip. Poor customer service, slow, and frustrating. They at least discounted the equipment and added extra mileage for our Uhaul.

Suppose to have p/U at Lindsey. They told us to go to Val Vista & Main. Arrived, they had no record. Helped us anyway. Communication would help customers situation flow better.

When I picked up the truck, the contract said it had 3/4 tank of fuel. When the clerk brought the truck around front it only had just over half! The clerk told me not to worry, that he would update it in the system for me. Upon dropping the truck off the clerk told me that it wasn't updated in the system and now I had to pay for the fuel. I want my money back. This is unacceptable

Went through the whole process, with a billion questions and wasted about an hour-including hooking up the trailer I was to rent, only to have it cancelled because *my* lights did not work with the trailer. My connections were fine, frankly I feel it was the equipment that was faulty. Went to a competitor and it took me less than 10 minutes to be done! They confirmed my lights are fine.

A U Haul rep NEVER called to set ANYTHING up...I went to 2253 University, Mesa,AZ for pick up...nope they didn't have it...sent me to main store on East Main...nope not there...he then said to go to 3716 E Main, Mesa, AZ...finally....if there would have been another source I, would have left your rental there...I was sent to 3 places! Pick up and Drop off folks were great...your reservation service is not even satisfactory...think I'll just buy my own trailer

My pickup location was changed from the location I had originally agreed to pick up from. This resulted in my being delayed by one hour and travel roughly 10 miles in a circle as I had unknowing driven past the new location. This is not acceptable.

Did express check in yet waited over half hour at the counter. Received a call from u haul asking me why I hadn't picked up the truck while I was waiting over a half hour at the counter and then received a call this morning asking when I was going to drop off the truck yet I dropped off yesterday afternoon as previously agreed. Horrible experience.
