The only person who could check in the trailer was not present. Left paperwork and trailer with a promise it would be taken care of. Received a call two days later asking why I hadn't turned in the trailer. Apparently the person at Right Space Storage had not taken care of my paperwork and logged the trailer as returned or at least had not checked it off on the U-Haul site that tracked the trailer. I was disappointed at them not following through with their promise to "take care of it."

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. The trailer I rented broke down on me in the middle of the desert and it took a mobile mechanic to 5 hours to get there when Uhaul continued to say they'd be there in 45 minutes. I've been trying to speak to a customer service manager for two weeks and still have not received a call from uhaul. All they've done for me on the phone is waste my time on hold and give me different phone numbers of people to talk to and I've yet to talk to a customer service manager.

We requested Fountain Hills as pickup site weeks ahead. We were very unhappy that we had to go to Mesa for pickup. We had hired help and we had requested 8:00 pickup and had hired help arriving at 9. We had to redo the help and we had to drive miles out of our way. We saw your statement that your pick up location is guaranteed or there is a $50 refund. We did not receive it.

Everything was perfect and the employees treated me amazingly. I am very happy with the service at this location. UHaul has always provided excellent service, but this location is definitely my favorite out of all the ones I have been to.

First of all I was told 8:30 and they did not show up till 8:40 to open and I had movers coming at 9. Second the truck was dirty with trash and food still in the truck. Unfriendly service and I requested and confimed to have an appliance dolly but was told they don't have those. Not a good experience. Third they tried to overcharge me on insurance. Fourth they did not walk the truck to see how poorly maintained it was.

I was overcharged for mileage. Actual mileage on truck was 7418 miles, but Uhaul had it down as 7400 miles. I spoke with the agent and they said they would correct it. They did not. I contacted them when i received the receipt and they apologized and said they would correct it. They have not. I tried calling back... answering service. I replied back to the email and again requested they credit my account. still waiting to hear back.
