Quick and easy coming and going

The online is not as user friendly as it could be. Hard to use from a phone.
LARRY S. on
Great people all willing to help.
Dennis S. on
Had to park and disconnect the trailer myself. No assistance from staff at all.
Eric K. on
This location is by far the best location I have ever worked with.

Website says opening 11-4 on Sundays person there said they were not open. Uhaul needsto update website.

The only issue I had was the dirty windshield. Not bad enough to give a bad review to this location.
Terry G. on
1/2 mile from home.

Lady in office friendly and efficient.

The office door was locked when I arrived after open hours. The attendant made me search the lot for my truck, she should have shown it to me. They should have had the blankets and dolly in the truck waiting for me, instead I had to take them from the office to the truck.

I just dropped off the truck at this location so I wasn't there for a long time, but Jake (manager) was very helpful and got me on my way in no time at all. Very nice looking facility for being on a dirt lot.

The truck had not been clean from previous use, but the person did a great job of hooking up the car tow.
Troy L. on
Customer service exceeded expectations.

I was checked in with out even having to go in the office. Very good personell.

The trailer I rented was unsafe and uhaul put my family and everyone else on the road by having such poor safety standards.
Anthony B. on
Trailer didn't have a take and no one to help me hook the trailer up to my truck. Wasn't and still not happy.
Derek D. on
Friendliest location I have encountered. Great job!
Wayne B. on
Nothing. All was excellent.

The girl behind the counter was a bit snippy to customers and not nearly as friendly as the tattooed girl who helped us with our previous experience at the same location. Would use again.

Some assistance with loading the trailer and the hook ups would have been nice. This is the first Uhaul that hasn't done that for me. The trucks were in the way of exiting with the trailer. There were plenty of other places to park the trucks on this spacious property.
THOMAS K. on
Took care of all our needs, great service!!!

The guy at the front desk wasn't super friendly. He wasn't rude either, but our interaction was awkward and he didn't walk me to the truck or explain very much at all.

The lady in the front did not seem to know what she was doing. She even apologized for it and said she was "on medications." Why was she working there if she was on meds that clearly interfered with her work?
