I paid a lot more money than the U-Haul I did 2 days prior to this one, I honestly think I should get part of it refunded

The truck drove poorly and smelled. Steering was very loose. This location is not good. All I moved was a small amount of furniture and did not dirty it at all. Girl at counter made me sweep back for small amount of dirt that must have been there before me. Truck smelled like cigarettes and back cat urine. Not sure if I can rent from U-Haul again after experience.
RONALD BThe customer experience was wonderful in picking up and returning the truck. I just did not like the fact that we had to take the pictures of the trucks ourselves. That is a bit strange and not really something one wants to do to slow them down on moving day.
