Sorry, but gentleman working the pla Poce was in over his head. Didn't seem to understand the technology and got flustered very easily. the place is generally a dump and the unit I rented was fine for my needs, but looked like it was new when Nixon was in the white house. Not your finest work. To improve? I recommend arson.

DANIEL BI was double charged by your agent for some 9f the features I've already prepaid for through the app before actually going to the location to pick up the truck. Never again will I recommend going through uhaul etc. It shouldn't have costed as much as it had.
