SCOTT F2 hour late and was charged a extra day
JEFFREY SOriginally booked it to pickup amd drop off at elyria ohio location ,Then a Uhaul rep,Called me and said they didn't have it at that location ,So switched me to middleburg location ,,Without informing me that the whole booking changed ,Went to drop it off on elyria ohio and was told I needed to take it back to middleburg hgts location,,Left it in elyria ohio location for the night and stopped in the next aftrnoon and was told rudely by traffic that if I didn't take it back that I would get all the extra charges and will never rent from Uhaul again,,Uhaul will deff be my last choice ,,Untrained employees and rude
