When I booked the 20’ truck, it gave me the address of the U-Haul location in midland, TX. However, the owner or manager told me I had to go to a different location to pick up the truck. If I were by myself, I would’ve felt unsafe. Also, the windshield on the passenger side leaks inside the vehicle and sprays the passenger in the face when you run the wiper fluid. When it was raining, water was dripping on the passenger’s feet. I informed the location I received the truck from and put it in my review when I dropped it off after hours.
