The guy that rented me the truck was nice but what I'm furious about is that I paid for insurance to protect my property which my property got water damage due to the trucks cargo area not being properly sealed and all I've gotten is a pdf via email on how to clean my furniture! Are you serious!! First of all I shouldn't have to clean my own furniture insurance should have someone come out and clean my furniture! I should be compensated for my damaged furniture since it was due to defective uhaul truck!! I am not a happy camper and I want everyone know that the extra insurance is bullshit!!!
