Before reserving the truck I called to ask if they had an appliance dolly. They said they did. When I went to pick up the truck, there was no dolly. The office was closed. I had to rush to a different U-haul location to pay to rent the dolly.
ROBERT JNot a bad location. I got there for the drop off after hours so the staff was gone. If maneuvering with a vehicle transport or bigger transport trailer, the area can be a little tight and you may have to back the trailer through the entrance. I did call to confirm the drop-off and the staff was courteous as well. Would use this location again.
LAQUAVIUS LThe fuel level was listed as 3/4 but the gauge was actually reading between 5/8 and 3/4. It wasn’t a big deal as I took a picture and I returned the truck with the same amount of fuel.
