Rep did not come out to check vehicle or review where controls were. He did not make any recommendations/suggestions as to what extra equipment might be wise to rent along with the van. The van’s warning light that it would need an oil change came on immediately.
JOEL HHad problems with the truck. It had no oil. When brought to their attention they ignored me. Lucky it made it to my location but I was sick the entire drive due to the heavy smell. My trip also took an hour longer because it kept on stalling.
