The trailer was broken which, unfortunately, we did not know until well after the time the location closed and we had to leave for our long journey. We were unable to properly secure one of the two front tires of our vehicle to the trailer. It was so broken that the crew that checked us in when we dropped off the trailer on the other end of our journey had to cut the strap that secured the tire.

The staff on site were as helpful as they could be, but I'd recommend keeping a floor jack available to help lift trailer tongues off of tow vehicles. The 6'x12' trailer's tongue weight was too heavy for me, or for any of the staff to lift when I dropped the trailer off. I had to pull out my own vehicle scissor jack to lift the trailer off. It was inconvenient and a bit unsafe.
