Not related to this location, exactly, but my preferred pick up location was not available for the size of truck that I booked, so this was my next closest location, which was about 22 miles away (preferred pick up location was 2 miles away) from my residence. I was charged for going over miles even though a large portion of the mileage was driving from this location to my residence. Added fuel use was also a factor and thus an added cost. I understand that preferred pick up locations are not always available but I do not understand why this distance was not added to my mileage allowance. This was a major cost for me when added to the fuel use as well.

The gas in the truck was not full when we picked it up and no where did I see what you do in that case.

Ntivuguruzwa ECharging a one way rental for 3 days without refund for dropping off in less than 3 days is a cheat to the customer. I had to pay non refundable insurance for 3days when I actually needed it for just 1 day. Also, i had more fuel at drop off that pick up and that’s also not refundable. Yet, if it was the other way round, the customer would have to pay for extra. You can do better.
