The app is terrible
Michael RI heard a rattling / scraping noise coming from below the truck. However when I looked under there was nothing hanging down or dragging. I continued on still hearing that same noise.
William MThe phone number posted for off hours support went immediately to voicemail and the app verification was significantly delayed.
Jayme RThe orange drop box box was difficult to locate as it was not close to the parking space that I returned the van to. I would suggest moving the drop box closer to the key pickup in the parking lot. Or have a sign as where the box is located.
