Location staff were great to deal with. Unfortunately the system was down and they were unable to process my pickup. They directed me to use my phone which also didn't work. This resulted in taking almost.an hour to pickup the truck. Location and size of truck were changed from original booking. I also booked moving pads which were unavailable at this location. All of this ended up costing me more as I was required to make multiple trips and get additional help as the truck did not have a ramp which was required.

Arrived at location and there was no trucks and no one at the rental office. The process of getting support was complicated. Waiting for someone to show up and also find out the trucks are stored 15mins aways was eating in to our booked time. I ended up having to extend our time at the end to compensate. couldn't finish the checkin process with the app, I had to switch to web and may things didn't work like location tracking for checkin. The truck also didn't include the appliance dolly like we requested either. The drop off was equally broken as it just said drop it off and leave keys in bin but that whole night it listed it as still active. I was concerned I was being charged for it not being dropped off in time. over-all, it was a frustrating process.

Ozair HBoth pick up and return process was horrible. Pick up they did not give any detail other than where to pick up the truck and where to leave the key. They left out the fact that I had to go back to their location not where the truck is, in order to start the return process and then during the return process, I had to take photos so I had to return back to the location of the lot where the truck was take the photos there I only receive helpful information from the agent on the phone at the U-Haul company
Emily PI highly do not recommend this location. First of all, the parking area for the trucks is located far away from the actual store where you pick up and drop off the keys, and this is absolutely nowhere mentioned in the instructions. It causes a lot of confusion and back-and-forth walking, especially in bad weather. Secondly, they charged me a $25 "Cleaning Fee" out of nowhere! I returned the truck completely clean and empty, and I have clear before-and-after photos to prove it. To make things worse, they owed me a refund because my actual mileage (60 km) was less than my initial estimate (80 km). Instead of refunding my money for the unused mileage, they surprisingly invented this cleaning fee to keep the cash. Unfair business practice and terrible customer experience. Avoid this location if you can!
