More room for improvement
eddie tNot location specific. You should be able to start check in process before pickup outside in a parking lot at 5 am taking pictures of drivers license and calling an assurance also at 6 am Evan after trying to avoid morning delays was told this is the way it is. I will never rent a truck with an ap after hours I will use the main store during business hours. All though convenient very frustrating to use especially if your getting older. The app is not user friendly. Everyone on the phone were helpful.step it up U-Haul self check out
