We went to pick up our rental on Dec 22nd and the location was closed not allowing us to pick up our rental and change the date of pick up to the following day which was inconvenient. The size of the truck we needed was not available according to the CSR on the phone so they indicated that we would get the size larger for the same price as the one we originally booked. This did not occur as we were charged for the larger one. Not impressed with the service and inconvenience of the whole process.

Not sure if this is location or the instructions managed by the company. I wasted 20min of the booking time using app, taking pictures and completing tbe process. On return, I went to give the key back in. The store owner came out and said that the fuel tank is less than full and there will be cost associted. Took a while to explain to him that it was around 7/8 full at pickup and slightly more at dropoff as I did the fill. Wasted too much time and much stressful. The terms does not explicitly state in the setup about refiling of the fuel too similar to asking for mileage, etx.
Sohail MThe employee helping me was not able to find my reservation, then was not able to find the part of my reservation which asked for 1 dolly and 12 blankets so she added that to my reservation before letting me take any dolly or blankets. They only had 11 blankets so thats all they could give me but she didnt make a note in the system either. About 45mins of waiting was I able to get the keys are drive off. Upon returning the vehicle at my final destination, I was informed of the extra products that she had added onto my reservation but not actually given (the extra dolly and extra dozen blankets). I tried calling the pick up location multiple times to have her explain what happened but despite the store being opened, my calls were never picked up. ALL of this after asking that the 11 blankets and 1 dolly I did get to take and use were returned to her location! This staff needs better training because I should not have to pay $100+ for her fuck up.
