“Mobile pickup” but you need an employee to hand you the key. Waited outside for 45 minutes for someone to show up to work. Then was told I would be given a discount, instead I was charged twice as much as quoted. I will never use Uhaul again.

Lucia MFirst, the app, as implemented on the iPhone, really does not work well. Disappointed - time consuming and frustrating. Second, the costs of the service are not really value-based - very expensive for what you get. I traded convenience for cost.
