At drop off we went inside no workers… cell phones and food were all over messy desk. We waiting in lobby about 15 minutes and no one came. We then just did the self return on app.

Karen SI returned the trailer at 345pm on a Friday and the office was closed. Self checkout was easy but the trailer was almost too heavy to lift off the hitch by myself.
