Serving time we’ve reserved blankets and none were in the truck.
WILLIAM JReserved the truck and blankets online the week before and when I went to pick up the truck, that’s when they informed me they had no blankets. I didn’t even get a phone call ahead of time. Poor service.
Charmaine JI was charged a fuel surcharge when I should not have been. I brought the truck back with more gas in it then I received it with. It was more than 3/4 of a tank when returned.
VICTOR HPicked up the truck after hours using 24/7 pickup. The vehicle had 3/4 tank fuel level at pickup. When returning the vehicle to the destination, the contract said the fuel tank level was full. Fortunately I took a picture of the instrument cluster when I picked up the truck. The U-haul destination didn’t charge me for fuel because I had proof.
