They apparently closed early. We left our trailer and called the number to verify that we had dropped off before our time. I told them I didn't want to be charged for another day as had happened in the past. They assured me everything was fine. This morning I found I had money taken from my bank acct without my knowledge....for an additional day! I will NEVER rent from UHaul again. This happens everytime we use their equipment!

Customer service was great! But the trailer wasn't serviced before hand. Trailer running lights would not work after I it running at night. I was told that they worked just fine just to find out later that night that it wasn't working. The jack on the trailer needs to also be serviced ie lube and grease.

PICK UP LOCATION: Excellent, professional, and friendly! The pick up location was very helpful, and I appreciated their kind assistance and flexibility. 800 CUSTOMER SERVICE: I had an issue with the amount of time required for the rental, and contacted the 800 number to address. Customer Service at the 800 number was decidedly un-freiendly, and would not understand from the customer perspective that there is an opportunity for U-Haul to improve the way the time limit is communicated to the customer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PICK UP LOCATION IN MOORESVILLE

I was charged insurance on the truck in the amount of $70. When I reserved the truck online I declined the coverage but when I returned the truck they charged me $70 and would not take the charge off. Somewhere someone should be able to see that I declined the coverage when I reserved the truck. I didn't authorize this to be changed.

One of the tires on the trailer was in very poor condition. It was okay around town, but would be dangerous on a long trip. Flat spots and crazy wear patterns.

I always do business with U-Haul Moving & Storage on W. Plaza Dr. When I went in to pick up the u-haul I was informed that I had to pick up at another location Star Storage World and that I should have gotten a call to inform me of the fact, well I never did. The young lady at the desk was very nonchalant the entire process. I had to ask her for paperwork. At that point she tried to print the paperwork out but it was faded out and unreadable. I asked her what was the mileage on the truck and all the other pertinent information on the truck I should know she then proceeded to hand write it on the back of the forms she had printed out such as the mileage, gas levels and truck number. Also the papers attached to the keys I though would have been in your brochure because they got all torn up with the continuous use of the key. She didn't go out with me to check over the truck for damages, cleanliness, look at the gas levels together, nor show me what truck I would be using I thought that was a complimentary service to the customer. The professional level was defiantly lacking.
