The windows/windshield of rental truck very dirty . If those were clean it’s a perfect 10 . By the way it can be hazard having dirty windows trying to look out of .

There was no one at the location during drop off. When I pulled the vehicle into the lot and parked, I was unable to get out of the gate and had to call customer service. Customer service didn't help and I ended up getting out when another vehicle entered the self storage lot. Overall, horrible experience.
Sydnee GGot there at 6:30pm. Deedee helped someone wth a one way trip that was processed for a two and it took til 7p to fix. Then she helped a man who arrived after us and it was after 7( closing ) we had a truck to check in and she said we had process the storage. By the time we were able to check in the truck it was 9 and the store was closed and we drive to another location. The check in man was nice and helpful.
Babette GThe person was leaving to lunch as we pulled up, they asked us to return the truck early which we did. The guy opened the gate told us to leave truck parked in a certain area & drop keys in box, then he drove away.
