After a bad experience at another U-Haul this morning, I was extremely impressed with the staff at the Exit 1 Storage facility. Very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this site anytime. I called customer service and was very pleased to have Jenn assist me with refund.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkStaff were very helpful and courteous and the pick-up and return was much easier than expected (and we've rented many vans within the tri-state area—this was the best experience by far).
Michelle FAC in truck did not work. Everything else was good. Staff at this location is friendly and courteous.
Roger CVery helpful staff. Thank you so much. Answered my questions about upcoming UHaul drop off.
Rebecca WApp was horrible and support was virtually non-existent for the first several times I called to resolve my pick up issue
