Lois JExit 1 did a great job. My complaint is for the online reservation system. For the 4th time in a row, UHaul has moved my rental location that I had already confirmed from Fairmont to Morgantown causing me to drive 50 extra miles than I would have had to if the location that was reserved and confirmed actually had a truck. I am sick of getting my rental location moved with little notice and without seeking my approval. I will say that I complained about this last time and received a credit, but then this rental I was confirmed for a location on Speedway Avenue, then moved to another location outside of Fairmont, then moved a third time to Morgantown. This is absurd. If the trucks are not available, then why does your system allow me to confirm the reservation? I'm going back to Enterprise to rent trucks despite the higher costs. At least I know the truck I reserve will be available at the location I booked.
