Hello, I didn't need any personnel help, being my drop off was after hours, the Uhaul app. was very easy to use and it took about a minute to check the truck in for drop off. Very easy !!!

Truck is pretty worn out and beat Battery is dead and needs to be replaced, caused an hours down time at the first stop. Once started had to keep the truck idling the rest of the day. Site was very helpful but this truck needs help. It did get the job done For me.
Robert WZack was excellent! Great customer service! He was amazing and the only good thing about our experience. We had tried to contact the manager (Jordain) many times and he never returned any of my phone calls. We are a non profit and was inquiring about seeing if we could get any discounts due to this. However, he wouldn’t answer any calls or call back which is so unprofessional and rude. If there was another truck rental agency close, we would have gone elsewhere. He’s lucky he has Zack at the location bc Zack was awesome! The U-Haul truck was awful! The passenger area was Dirty and smelled terrible, had no windshield wiper fluid (which was so dangerous on the highway), the steering wheel shook the entire time, could barely get the back open and closed (We had to ask around for help each time). The truck should be sent to the junkyard. Almost 180,000 miles! Overall, it was a very disappointing experience (besides Zack). We have to rent trucks quite a bit and we will be looking elsewhere, even if it means driving much further to get one .
Jennifer CThe gentleman was could, rude, and checked my trailer in nearly 24 hours later than I dropped it off, incurring a late fee. The automated email says that's it's a receipt, not a late fee, so I presume most people don't even notice and I'd bet this is a common practice of his. I would deliberately not return bc of the way he, and that, make me feel. Everyone wants to pay a fair price and be treated fairly. I asked if I need to do anything to close the rental and he replied, "no". Yhis was sneaky and made me feel used.
REBECCA SThe front area was dirty and the passenger seatbelt didnt have and give and kept getting tight. I kept needing to unclick it and re adjust frequently. The gas tank was at a quarter of a gal- that delayed our arrival time to our destination. Needing us to add morevgas to it.
