The staff were nice. Upon arrival the dolly was hooked up onto the wrong size truck rental which I had to assist with hooking up to the correct size truck! I wanted my rental to be in Williston VT however I was given the excuse that there wasn’t a car dolly or toy trailer at the Williston location? Why couldn’t they get one to Williston? I drove 37 miles out of the way to get the equipment I needed and cost me more in mileage than what was given for milage with rental! Not okay!

PETER BThe vehicles were in dismal condition and, frankly, I didn’t feel safe driving my rental truck. The renter before me had left a huge metal dolly in the back, unsecured, and it flew around scaring me to death before I pulled over to see what the problem was. I couldn’t adjust the seat because the handle was broken off and the gas cap on the vehicle was broken. How does that go unrepaired? Really shoddy experience. And expensive.
