VINCENZO B.The U-Haul leaked and the gentleman was more than helpful to file a report and our mattress was soaking wet. Don't know if U-Haul is going to fix our situation but they should. It was a new truck and when we got to our location it was raining and we couldn't unload and the truck should have kept our items dry.
