First of all I want to say that I made the reservation for the different location: 8640 Sheridan Rd. Kenosha, WI 53143 (262) 553-1469 But... I fly from CA to WI and arrived to this location before 4pm as I promised on the reservation. The truck was there, but no car dolly. The U-Haul manager called dispatcher and told me to go to 8100 Washington Ave. Mount Pleasant where everything will be ready for me. I drove 30 minutes to Mount Pleasant to get the right equipment. When I arrived, nothing was ready. Manager said that he has only 6 moving blankets (I ordered 10) and my card is not on file. I had to wait another 20 min for the truck and dolly to be ready. So, overall I lost 1.5 hours which I could use to load the truck during day time. Next day, while I was driving in Iowa, driver next to me told that the left turn and break signal on the dolly does not work. Overall this location is dirty. On the counter I saw the card: The U-Haul Guaranteed Reservation Promise: Right Equipment Right Location Right On Time As Agreed or You Get $50 “I guarantee it” I feel I should get back $100, since location and equipment was wrong. Thank you, Dimitri Rodionov

I rented in advance 2 dozen of furniture blankets, and there was NO available the moving day.

Your Fort Walton location stored the trailer for a week. Sonni and her husband were wonderful and very accommodating. Please thank them for us.

The first place I got my truck from said the truck was checked out and found out from the second place we went to pick up other equipment from said I'd was low almost 4 quarts oil. The gas float was damaged so I ended up pulling over on side of road to figure out what was wrong. This happened twice. Kept telling me I was empty at half a tank and at full tank. I spent around $450 for a trip that should've been less and easy. It wasn't the last two stores issues but the first stores fault in Kenosha he shouldn't rent equipment if he's not going to make sure ppl are safe.they had the truck in km instead of miles and I was being charged another $198 for rental. What is wrong with uhaul? Can anyone just ask to be a uhaul dealer now a days? It's gotten really bad in the last 20 years. Thank you to Dons towing for the help. I appreciate it. Sorry they have to be in the middle of this.

Better signs for both the tow business and uhaul so people can see where to go.
