Your Fort Walton location stored the trailer for a week. Sonni and her husband were wonderful and very accommodating. Please thank them for us.

The first place I got my truck from said the truck was checked out and found out from the second place we went to pick up other equipment from said I'd was low almost 4 quarts oil. The gas float was damaged so I ended up pulling over on side of road to figure out what was wrong. This happened twice. Kept telling me I was empty at half a tank and at full tank. I spent around $450 for a trip that should've been less and easy. It wasn't the last two stores issues but the first stores fault in Kenosha he shouldn't rent equipment if he's not going to make sure ppl are safe.they had the truck in km instead of miles and I was being charged another $198 for rental. What is wrong with uhaul? Can anyone just ask to be a uhaul dealer now a days? It's gotten really bad in the last 20 years. Thank you to Dons towing for the help. I appreciate it. Sorry they have to be in the middle of this.

The tow-away trailer(smallest covered/enclosed size) needs to be officially retired. The seams need to be re-welded or the trailer needs to be trashed. It leaked during travel with rain, all over the interior and onto the things we were moving. THUS, what was the point of an enclosed trailer???? Honestly, will file a complaint with U-Haul to see about a partial refund, as equipment not as contracted for(enclosed, secure, protected trailer vs. an open bed trailer). Location also needs to clean up it's yard/store...very dirty and shady character. True sign of how Racine is going downhill.

when i called originally for a trailer rental, the person told me that I needed a ball hitch. But did not tell me I needed a light kit. So two days prior to move, I was scrambling around trying to figure out what to do. We ended up having to rent a truck. Our original plan was to have two drivers, because we had two vehicles we each had to drive.

nice, friendly people
