When I reserved the trailer I picked a time for pick-up. I didn't realize I had to be there at that exact time. I ended up arriving 45 minutes later and had to wait 45 minutes for the owner to get there as he works 2 jobs. That wouldn't have been a problem had it been explained that I had to be there at that exact time.

Only thing is I wanted to change to a one way on 2 trucks . I got to my destination and didn't need to bring 3 back . I called to see if I could change and i couldn't .
Anthony KCannot give good rating due to the drop off location was vacated and and had to search for a good phone number to call to get assistance. Was told to put key in drop box ( there at 4pm) and did not feel right just leaving the truck there.
