I' m not sure one could improve this location. I keep going back because customer service is A+, Kim is extremely helpful, patient and friendly. No long waits and the trucks have always been prepped and waiting at my appointment time. Thank you, U-Haul, but it is Kim that makes this location so special. Good location, great service. In and out in a few minutes.
John WI reserved a truck and toyhauler in April for a pickup in Arlington WA in June and was told I needed to go to Mount Vernon and Burlington to pick up the equipment. This was not ideal but I was not given any other choice.
Rolando Tthe attendent at this location is helpful ,thoughtful, goes beyond the basics to make renting a vehicle easy I rent from this location because of her drive 30 miles extra because she is so helpful.
