The guy at the desk kind of dismissed me. Couldn’t figure out the lock box so I called to get help and they told me to ask the guy at the register and he said he could take the key but he’s not supposed too, and the guy on the phone was very confusing and finally said he could give me a code for the lockbox. Then I asked about when I’ll get my money back because the original guy said they were gonna overcharge me and the guy on the phone had no clue and made me repeat myself so many times. Eventually I gave up and hung up.
