Not so much the pick up location but being redirected to pick up from my reservation location (40 mins away) without notice. No call received as per the note UHaul gives. The attendant at new pick up location was pleasant but needs to understand the process.

James Cthe location changed for my drop off without ever notifying me at any point. so I had to drive 25km further to drop off the truck. wont be using Uhaul service again as this was truly a horrible experience from beginning to end.
