Have the uhaul where it was suppose to be at or at least dont wait till a hour before pick to call and tell you its a hour out of your way to pick up. Screwed up our whole day.

In side of the truck was dirty
Owner was 20 minutes late to open. Had to sweep out trailer - was not clean. unprofessional. Will not use this location again.
It was an after hours drop-off so there was no interaction at the location.
The gentlemen that helped us was awesome, he was friendly, funny, very respectful. He was pretty cool even though we had trouble trying to get the truck.

24/7 service sucks
It took two weeks to get billed. I also did not get the furniture pads I called customer service at U-Haul 4 times to talk to someone. I told them I didnt get the furniture pads because I picked the truck up at 6am they told me they would remove them got the bill today still has the pads charged on there.
We asked for a furniture dolly and an equipment dolly. They only sat one outside to pick up. We were charged for both.
The truck doesn't drive nice. It's very noisy and not comfortable but it's functioning well though. I suggest you upgrade your equipment with more comfy ones such Mercedes. If I have a long trip, I will consider a different mover.
Your mobile pick up system is horrible. If it worked, it would be great, but I have now used it twice, at different locations and had problems both times and had to call the help line. this last time, we were on hold for 30 minutes before giving up. I had to wake up the on-site manager (he was closed on that Sunday) and he had to help me access the lock box as the mobile system would not complete the process. Terrible experience both times!
This was not my original location. When I arrived at my original location I was told my reservation had been cancelled and they didn't have the truck I needed. The sent me to the other side of town to pick a the truck size that I needed. The lady at this location was very professional. Uhaul needs to work on their computer system.

The lockbox code was incorrect and the guy that we called for help was rude and acted like I did not know what I was doing. Once he got there he said the reason he couldn't find the reservation was because I had done everything correctly but no apology was given. He also said the code provided to us was a digit off. Also, I had someone else driving the truck for me and the process for adding the picture of the person whose license is listed should be more clear and provide clearer instructions on how to proceed with the check in process when you have this type of situation. I did not leave the U-Haul pickup site until 10:30am because of these delays, which delayed my moving process

This location is even better than the corporate location by a million percent. He was kind and personable very helpful.
They(this location and/or uhaul) are attempting to charge me for extra fuel that I did not use. The rent/pickup/return via the Uhaul app was completely unusable. I had to call the local Uhaul number a total of 3 times in order to complete my pickup and return.
It was the last 15' truck in Murfreesboro. I did not realize I had to call and reserve one. It was across town but I was thankful to get it. Thanks.
Easy to find
This location is not where I was told on the phone that my pickup would be. I only found out after I drove to my selected preferred location and they told me that I didn't have a rental there. This location was further away and cost me extra $$ in miles that I didn't need to spend.
Truck ran great. Tires were a little bald.
No issues with pickup or drop off.
Long way from where I had made reservation; only Motorcycle trailer in town, so had to go get it. National contact person, reserved only a 5 x 9 cargo trailer and difficult to haul motorcycle without the chock accessory
