Drop-off was after hours and the signage made this location hard to find. With multiple U-Haul locations right next to each other, it was really tricky figuring out where to go.

cathy BThe person who rented it before me returned the truck 30 minutes late. I scheduled this location so I could go in and pick up in person. However, when I returned it, there was nobody at that location, even though it was during their business hours. It took me over 15 minutes to check it in myself because I was using my phone browser and not the app. Once I downloaded the app, it was easy. I feel the employees at that location should have given me instructions on the return process if they weren't going to be there.
