The truck and location were great. There were some issue with the after hours check in, in that it would not accept required photos and then would freeze up. The chat line helped me resolve the issues, but check in took longer than it should have.

Brian SIn the box (enclosed bed) there should be a place to attach a tie down so a dolly does not slide around in the back of and empty truck. That would help two things: 1. the inside of the bed/box would not or should not get scratched or dented by the dolly when the truck makes a turn. 2. The dolly would not or should not get scratched by sliding or rolling around in the empty bed of the box truck. Would save on repainting the orange dolly that we rented. The tiedown should be included in the cost of renting the dolly.
