Daniel MWe were not alerted about a link to return our Uhaul, and even though it was returned only 3-4 hours after using it, we were still charged for two days!!!!!! I’m livid, this guy clearly stated that this would not happen. He then told me it’s a U-haul issue. Will not ever do business here again. I requested a dolly and blankets and got a small rolling cart. Then was still charged double for EVERYTHING. This needs to be fixed and cleared up as soon as possible.
