Some of the people working to book the U-Haul service are very rude. I fuel the truck with gas to the same graduate as was before and charge me again for gas. People working on this gas station do not respect customers and they are so ignorant. Thanks
ZIAD MClean the snow off a rental truck that is being picked up! And provide snow brushes/scrapers in the vehicle. This is Canada in the winter! Also, the truck's gas cap was not closed, allowing blowing snow to enter the tank. The attendant was friendly and helpful, but was also trying to run the gas station. Probably better to rent during nicer weather.
THOMAS HThe Truck was not clean, and no windshield water in the car. I requested windshield water before departure, but they did not have any. It was very difficult to drive. I have to use snow to clean.
