The only thing that went smoothly
MARISSA REasy pick up and easy drop off. No issues.
DENNIS WTruck was filthy, covered in stones that made the ramp immovable, and the ramp retention mechanism was broken. It also was not filled with gas, only 1/4 tank. The location was a gas station, why was the truck not filled up? Also, we were not given the dollies we requested due "to high demand" which is utter garbage - the lot was very full and it is mid week March, not June 1st. Very disappointed.
COLIN GWasn't notified the truck I booked is unavailable. Was given keys to a smaller truck without being told that it was a different truck. Had to contact support to confirm that the dealer changed it without informing. Had to take multiple trips in the smaller truck and double the payment to movers since it took longer than it would have with the bigger truck. Worst experience ever
