Azzouz DThe customer service agent at the desk was very unprofessional, talking on the airpods with his friend while serving me. The vehicle was parked in a random spot and no other vehicles there, it was difficult to find and also had snow on it. Finally I had to call customer service to get my uhaul bill, it was not processed automatically.
Nawab HCustomer service was absolutely terrible I wanted to rent a truck and last time I did it online and just came in for pickup with my visa debit when I came in they told me they only take credit and I didn’t have a credit card on me so the guy told us find one. When I tried looking for a friend to get me one he tells me leave the store and do it outside yet I also was purchasing something from the store as well so it wasn’t like I was just loitering anyways I ended up getting a card the vehicles don’t have snow tires yet it is winter in Canada all weather of season tires ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR WINTER STOP RISKING YOUR CUSTOMERS SAFETY AND CHEAPING OUT!!! When I came back to drop the van the same guy tells me to take a picture of the fuel tank which the day before he only told me to take a picture of the km driven which I did and when I told him he never told me to take a pic of the fuel he tells me does he want me to check the cameras and show me the proof I said YES and he went quiet and wouldn’t because he knows he didn’t do his job correct mind you when I was waiting in line to drop the key someone else was renting a van and he did the exact same thing Didnt communicate to them exactly what pictures they had to take. He is a terrible worker the entire business that is a “second party” I guess to uhaul is garbage and their customer service is awful I would consider removing your vans from 1896 Prince of Wales Drive Unit 2. I won’t be recommending anyone to get a uhaul from there. Other than that the uhaul worked very well was able to transport all my stuff but the winter tires should be review that isn’t safe.
ODOSAMAMWEN O1. When I attempted to pay with my credit card, I was informed it could not be processed. Approximately four failed attempts were made, despite the card having sufficient funds and being active. 2. After completing the payment, I was given the keys to a vehicle with a broken rear window. This was not disclosed to me at the time. Fortunately, I noticed it before leaving
