William G.I went inside to return the keys and they said I'm all done, by the time I got home I was charged extra for a reason they didn't even state! I tried calling them and all of a sudden they stopped answering phones. Not the best experience…

He charged us for two dollys when we only needed one . When we returned it he told the kid behind the counter to just take the key he will check it in later . I told him I was charged for two dolly's . He did not correct it . The truck was in poor condition too . Overall awful experience. I always have rented a uhaul from an actual uhaul location not a deli
Joanne W.The truck I rented and drove for about 900 miles had tires that were unbalanced. So the steering wheel shook violently the entire trip. It was in desperate need of an alignment. If you let go of the steering wheel, it pulled severely to the right. Worst rental experience of my life. I rent trucks from u Haul frequently.
