The one thing that was not great for me was the ashtray not being emptied out. I don't hold the cigarette-smelling cabin against y'all because I understand idiots will smoke in there when it clearly says not to, but the ashtray in which they used was still filled with ash and made the cabin smell worse. Everything else was great though, and I did well with the additional offer to bring an extra trailer on the hitch to my drop-off location. Also maybe don't make me do a whole dance on the phone through numerous phone calls to get the proper compensation for bringing a hitch for your company when I'm doing y'all a favor.
