Edward MThe inside was clean but along the edge where the door closes was oil and dirt that ruined our carpet. Also I was told I could lift the trailer off the ball, but I could not. I was not able to upload pictures with the app to prove no damage. I had to allow access to the camera and then could not get back to upload, it closed the order out when I paid the late charges.
