I turned in my equipment and never received my “email” receipt. 3 days later I called to see what was going on and they had no record of me returning the equipment. I had to call again and a nice gentleman found the equipment on their lot and checked it in. The first employee never checked it in!

I returned the equipment on time only to find no one there to accept the return. I called the number on the door and was told to leave the trailer, and it would be handled when he returned. I paid the extra cost to have the trailer connected and disconnected because I am handicapped. I believe this fee should be returned to me. Robert Cahill
ROBERT CSince I prebooked and despite having to pick up from a location 20 miles from the original location, this was likely the quickest pickup I've ever done. Made the 20 miles worth it.
