There was only one person available on duty and that person did not know how to do the U-Haul process. So the worker had to call the owner and do a video call by phone to be able to do the process. After returning the truck, the U-Haul wasn't closed out For 5 days so I wasn't sure if the person person got all the information that was on the U-Haul site from when I returned it. I was getting nervous and even emailed the owner to make sure they got the return information because I didn't want to get charged extra.

JAMES WBack of truck was not cleaned out had to be swept. Did not have the truck I requested due to not being able to find the keys. Truck had less than a 1/4 tank of fuel so had to put gas in. Truck used way too much gas.
