In going on line, this location said it wasn't open on Sundays, but that it had a 24 HR drop off. When picking up in Gaithersburg they noted same and mentioned looking for a drop box. When arrived to drop off, gentleman stated there was no drop box, that he would need to check truck, etc. Suggest clarifying in text on site. Also, gentleman assisting at drop off wasn't particularly thrilled .....Seemed like he was being inconvenienced. There were no other customers needing assistance at that same time.

The "clerk" was not only rude, but when i asked him to come out to look at the truck because there were scratches down the side that were not marked, he could not be bothered. He finally came out and put a sticker on it and said "Thats U-Hauls problem". The inside of the cab and the back were filthy. if i would have given the truck back that way i would have had to pay $25 extra. On top of all of that, there was a hole in the roof of the back area and water leaked into the truck. I had to duct tape it so my stuff would not get any wetter. This was a HORRIBLE experience, and i hope it gets taken care of.

It was not the fault of the local vendor, but getting the billing issue could not be completed as I was told the UH computer system was down and he could not help me.

I have rented uhaul trucks about 20 times over the years. Usually the process is pretty quick and easy, especially with the online order process. I have rented from Falcon fuel location twice in the last 2 months. They do not seem to understand how the online process works and the gentleman at the counter is very rude, they have you sign off on the truck condition before you see the truck. The truck we rented had not been swept out and and the passenger side mirror was cracked. He also does not charge the card correctly. Typically in the past even earlier this year when I rented from another location they charge you for the expected charges, normal. Then when you return the truck they charge you the additional amount. Falcon fuel charges you the expected amount which is normal. Then when you return the truck he charges the original amount and any additional miles or charges all at once. By doing it this way you then are essentially paying double the amount of the rental for almost a week until the 1st authorization drops off your debit card. Which of you ask the ride man at the counter he refuses to give you any explanation and implies he will not rent you the truck if you ask any questions. Terrible customer service

Owner seemed confused where to put truck, had me move 3 times. Very rude attitude, seemed very annoyed that I couldn't pull up drop off email on my phone. Advised him the truck was filthy when I got it, to which his reply was "Don't worry about it". Never use this location again.

Falcon was awesome, but the person who took my order for the truck asked me about if i wanted anything else but the truck and I said no. When we came to pick truck up a dolly and boxes were added.He gave us credit because he could not take it off the bill.Customer service needs to not add things when a customer says no.

The van was full of muddy shoe prints inside and was very muddy outside I asked the gentleman if it was U-Haul custom to rent in that condition he said sorry we try better next time the inside also had bits of fast food leftovers on the floor

I was by myself when I came to pick up the rentals, I assumed the U-Haul rental facility employees would be able to assist me with the task or even do the whole thing (connect rental trailer to rental truck, load my personal vehicle on the trailer) for me. Instead the employee told me "you do it yourself". Because of this lack of help, it took me approximately 30 minutes to properly back the truck (large box track with no rear vision) up to the trailer ball. Then once I went to load my personal vehicle on the trailer I had to repeat the same slow process since I did not have anyone to assist me with making sure the vehicle was lined up properly on the trailer. Once I had the vehicle in-place on the trailer I had to crawl out of the back of the vehicle since I did not have anyone to lower the pivoting fenders on the trailer (preventing my SUV doors from opening). This experience was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING knowing I was paying good money for this rental and I was told "you do it yourself". If this is U-Haul's policy I will be more then happy to rent somewhere that has customer service.

Because of pickup location store's mistake in issuing wrong truck dropoff employee refused to take rental (following policy, I suppose since the entry wasn't correct in the system). Because location is 24/7 dropoff and truck returned after scheduling office closed at 5 pm (learned after 30-45 minutes of multiple phone calls/menus until someone at corporate realized scheduling couldn't help and found people who could) I needed to have the person who was helping on the phone mention to the dropoff employee that the dropoff was ok. Prior to that the employee, while polite, was very apathetic and his suggestion (besides calling number for pickup location to try and fix problem) was "make sure pickup employee verifies you get the right keys next time". I haven't used U-Haul before, I figured the pickup employee would have done that before he did the truck/mileage walkthrough with me! Best thing about this location is it's also a gas station so you can fill up the truck when you drop it off. Other than that' it's alright.
